Bio ricemeal may be used to thicken soups and sauces, for thickening, in pastry, muesli or for consumption as mush in itself. It contains no artificial colouring or other chemicals. It is free of gluten, milk and soy. It is simple and quick to make: put the desired quantity of ricemeal in a bowl, then pour a quantity of hot water or milk substitute over it so that the liquid is 1 cm over the cornmeal. Let it stand for two to three minutes. If you wish, you may add dried or fresh fruits, jam.

Information about usage
